I'm a passionate software engineer with a diverse background. I graduated from Indonesia University of Education (Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia) with a degree in software engineering. During my studies, I specialized in developing websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and gained proficiency in the Laravel framework through hands-on experience while doing my internship.

While my academic background lies in software engineering, I've recently transitioned into a role as an HR professional. Despite this shift, I remain deeply involved in the world of software engineering, continuously expanding my skills by learning new technologies such as React and Node.js.

    Managed end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 190 employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement while maintaining employee records and compliance with labor laws. Prepared and distributed employment documents, generated insightful reports on attendance and leave balances for management, and coordinated employee benefits, addressing any queries. Collaborated with finance to reconcile payroll accounts and provided timely responses to employee concerns, all while utilizing the MS Office Suite to streamline administrative processes.

  2. Information Technology Developer

    PT. Aisin Indonesia Automotive Sep 2022 — Jan 2023

    During my internship, I worked on various projects, including creating dashboards for monitoring production and quality, developing a dynamic form generator for assessments, and designing a 3F and safety monitoring program. I also contributed to SDGs proposal reporting, played a key role in the success of an Industry 4.0 event, and fixed bugs in existing systems.
